Valles de Lavia Venta del Pino is an organic red wine made by Bodegas Lavia with 100% Monastrell.
It is a DO Bullas wine from organic vineyards in dry-farmed glass that is more than 60 years old. The selection of the grapes is made from plots in the area, presenting more clay in the depths with a limestone base with gravel and pebbles on the surface.
The farm has 12 hectares of Monastrell variety goblet vineyards, located in an alluvial valley with deep soils poor in organic matter.

Hence, Bodegas Lavia was born. A small sized winery that greatly respects the environment, naturally achieving a maximum balance in their crops and the ultimate expression in their wines.
