A blend of Viognier and Macabeo. Hand-picked only during coller hours of the morning in August-September, separating the different varieties and plots. Cool room storage for 24-48 hours. Soft-pressed. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (16-18ºC) for approximately 20 days.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
In 1992 the family Porcioles-Buixó acquired the property. In 2005 the first harvest takes place in existing facilities that give as a result the first wines: ALTO SIOS, VIÑA SIOS red and rosé. With the help of friends and family, in 1998 planting is done by hand for the first vineyard. In 2014 we take another step in our product, we make the sparkling Siós Brut Blanc de Noir and Siós Brut Rosé.
