ABOUT THIS PRODUCER

Founded in 1864, Giacomo Fenocchio is a benchmark producer of traditional Barolo, now helmed by fifth-generation winemaker Claudio Fenocchio. The estate champions long macerations, large oak aging, and organic farming across its holdings in Monforte d’Alba, Castiglione Falletto, and Barolo. With deep roots in the Langhe and a devotion to purity and transparency, Fenocchio produces wines that are unadorned yet profound—built on structure, precision, and a deep respect for terroir. The estate's classic Barolo serves as a reference point for traditionalists seeking wines with soul, longevity, and a direct link to the land.
