95% Sangiovese, 5% Alicante Bouschet.
Believed to be a parent to Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo (which translates to “little cherry,” a name befitting both the adorably sized grapes and the red fruit notes on the palate) is an incredibly versatile, crowd-pleasing varietal. A medium-bodied red wine that can take a chill but perhaps make a bit more of a statement at the dinner table, this is a wine that is as spectacular alone in the glass as it is alongside a good meal.

Cantina Cooperativa Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano, founded in 1972, is today formed by 160 members whose vineyards spread over the hills surrounding the village of Scansano, in the province of Grosseto, covering a total of about 600 hectares. Always attentive to the quality of its product, guaranteed by numerous certificates, the Cantina dei Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano has based its philosophy on the direct participation of its members, sharing always the common objective of having excellent wines arrive on the table of our clients.
