The vines, rooted in granite and sandstone soils, benefit from cool ocean breezes that preserve the wine's freshness. After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes underwent natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Maturation took place in 500-liter French oak barrels, with a portion in large oak foudres, allowing the wine to develop complexity while retaining its vibrant fruit character.
