Crafted exclusively from 100% Merlot, Redigaffi is among the most revered single-varietal Merlots in the world, often likened to the finest Pomerols. The 2021 vintage is a masterful expression of Suvereto’s warm Mediterranean climate, balancing power and finesse. The hand-harvested grapes originate from meticulously tended vineyards, planted on clay and silt-rich soils with a mix of iron and gravel, enhancing the wine’s structure and minerality.

Fermented in small oak vats, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it matures for approximately 18-20 months before bottling. This careful vinification process results in a wine of profound depth, plush texture, and remarkable aging potential.
