After taking over her family’s domaine in her early twenties (following her father's passing), Fanny quickly developed a reputation for crafting honest, elegant wines from some of the Côte de Beaune’s top terroirs. With guidance early on from natural wine icon Philippe Pacalet, she has embraced low-intervention winemaking rooted in organic farming and traditional Burgundian methods.
Working from a modest cellar in Beaune, Fanny vinifies her wines parcel by parcel, using native yeasts, minimal sulfur, and mostly used oak to preserve each wine’s distinct identity.
