Sourced from vineyards just outside Puligny-Montrachet, this Bourgogne Blanc is farmed biodynamically and treated with the same care as the domaine’s more prestigious crus. The soils are limestone-rich, contributing tension and mineral clarity. The 2022 vintage brought healthy fruit and excellent balance, yielding wines with aromatic brightness and depth.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (mostly used, with only a small percentage new), the wine sees extended time on lees, adding subtle texture while maintaining freshness and precision.
