Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this méthode traditionnelle sparkling rosé is a pure expression of varietal charm and regional character. The grapes are sourced from Scenic Valley’s estate vineyards, which are sustainably farmed and benefit from cool evenings and volcanic soils that contribute finesse and lively acidity.
The juice was gently pressed after brief skin contact to achieve its pale pink hue, followed by fermentation in stainless steel to retain freshness. Secondary fermentation occurred in bottle, with aging on the lees for added complexity and texture. The 2022 vintage yielded bright, clean fruit thanks to a long, temperate growing season with minimal disease pressure.
