ABOUT THIS WINE:
Sourced from select vineyards in Sonoma County, the "White Queen" Chardonnay is a wine that beautifully balances the bold fruit character of California with the elegance of cool-climate winemaking. The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent whole-cluster pressing, followed by fermentation with wild yeasts. The wine was aged in a mix of French oak barrels (30% new) and stainless steel, allowing for complexity and texture without overwhelming the purity of the fruit.
