Hand-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention, the grapes are partially destemmed, naturally fermented, and aged in a mix of older oak barrels and concrete to preserve brightness and texture.
This vintage expresses Syrah’s more refined, aromatic side—more Northern Rhône than New World—with an emphasis on tension, floral lift, and spice over power.
