Located mid-slope, just below “Les Genevrières,” Les Porusots is one of Meursault’s most characterful Premier Cru sites, marked by deep clay-limestone soils and excellent sun exposure. Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels (20–25% new).
