“Les Clous” is a lieu-dit situated high on the hillside above the village of Meursault, just west of the Premier Cru Les Tillets, where the cooler microclimate and limestone-rich soils contribute to the wine’s brisk acidity and mineral character. Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the grapes are pressed gently and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (15–20% new).
