The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards surrounding the medieval village of Volpaia in Chianti Classico. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, followed by aging in large oak casks and/or concrete tanks to enhance structure while maintaining vibrant fruit character.
