“D.N.M.C.” stands for “De Nada Me Canso” (“I never get tired of anything”), a playful reflection of the wine’s easy-drinking, everyday appeal. Made from 100% Baga grown on limestone soils in Bairrada, the grapes are farmed biodynamically and hand-harvested, then fermented with native yeasts and aged in tank with minimal intervention.
The 2024 vintage shows classic Baga tension and brightness, with red fruit, floral lift, and savory notes that keep it layered yet approachable. Bottled without fining or filtration, it’s best served slightly chilled to highlight its freshness and texture.
