ABOUT THIS WINE
“D.N.M.C.” stands for Dinâmica, Natural, Maria Clara—a tribute to energy, authenticity, and family heritage. Crafted primarily from indigenous varieties such as Bical and Arinto, this Branco expresses the calcareous-clay soils and maritime influence that define Bairrada.
The 2024 vintage emphasizes precision and vitality. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, typically in stainless steel or neutral vessels to preserve varietal purity and terroir expression. Minimal intervention in the cellar ensures transparency and freshness, resulting in a wine that balances citrus brightness with subtle texture and a characteristic saline edge.
Expect flavors of lime, pear, and crushed stone layered with delicate herbal undertones. Exceptionally food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses, or light Mediterranean fare. Its lively acidity also makes it a perfect aperitif.
