2025 Domaine St. Laurent Rosé of Pinot Noir, Rogue Valley, Oregon, USA
ABOUT THIS WINE
This Rosé of Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir (Dijon clone) that was gently crushed and held on the skins for four hours to impart a delicate, light pink hue. The cooler elevation (1,625') and volcanic soil base layer make the vineyard unique in the Rogue Valley, and the St. Laurents have found it particularly well-suited to Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand-harvested. After gentle crushing and maceration, the juice is then fermented in stainless steel to maintain crispness, freshness, and high acidity.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Domaine St. Laurent is a family-run estate based in the southern reaches of Oregon’s Rogue Valley, founded with a focus on low-intervention winemaking and transparent terroir expression. The domaine champions sustainable viticulture, utilizing organic practices, cover crops, and dry farming wherever possible to promote vine health and soil vitality.
With a philosophy rooted in balance and restraint, Domaine St. Laurent produces small-lot wines that reflect the character of their high-altitude sites and the unique climate of the Rogue Valley. Winemaking is done with minimal manipulation—favoring native fermentation, gravity flow, and gentle handling from vineyard to bottle.
While Pinot Noir is the estate’s signature varietal, the winery is also gaining recognition for its nuanced Chardonnay and Rhône-inspired reds. Domaine St. Laurent represents the growing energy of southern Oregon’s fine wine movement, offering site-specific, handcrafted wines with a strong sense of place.
