The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wine. Then follows a short maturation on fine lees in vats to bring out the tropical and citrus aromas. A beautiful and clean example of the varietal.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the different batches are selected by Jean René Matignon (technical director of 2nd Growth Chateau Pichon Baron in Pauillac)
